Support
Stuck, or have a question about Atlaroo? Here's how to reach us and how to handle your subscription.
Contact us
Email hello@atlaroo.app. A real person reads every message.
It helps to tell us your device (for example "iPad" or "Pixel 8") and what happened. Please don't send us your kids' real names.
Get the app
Android: Atlaroo on Google Play.
iPhone and iPad: Atlaroo is coming to the App Store soon. Email us if you'd like a note when it's there.
iPhone and iPad: Atlaroo on the App Store.
Manage or cancel your subscription
Atlaroo subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google, so you manage and cancel them in your store account. To avoid the next charge, cancel at least 24 hours before your trial or current period ends. Atlaroo keeps working until the end of the period you've paid for, and your kids' progress is kept.
iPhone or iPad (App Store)
- Open the Settings app.
- Tap your name, then Subscriptions.
- Tap Atlaroo.
- Choose a different plan, or tap Cancel Subscription.
Android (Google Play)
- Open the Google Play Store app.
- Tap your profile picture, then Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
- Tap Atlaroo.
- Tap Cancel subscription and follow the steps.
In the app, a grown-up can also go to Grown-ups → Subscription → Manage subscription, which opens the right store screen. Deleting the app or your Atlaroo account doesn't cancel a subscription.
Restore a purchase on a new device
Sign in to the new device with the same Apple ID or Google account you subscribed with. Then, in the app, go to Grown-ups → Subscription and tap Restore purchase. To bring your kids' profiles and stamps across too, sign in to Atlaroo under Grown-ups → Account with the same Apple or Google account you used on your other device.
Refunds
Apple and Google handle refunds for purchases made through their stores:
- App Store: request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Google Play: follow Google Play's refund steps.
If something went wrong, email us too and we'll help however we can.
Family and profiles
- One subscription covers every kid in the family, up to six profiles.
- Add, edit or delete a kid's profile under Grown-ups → Explorers.
- Set the daily reminder under Grown-ups → Reminders.
- The grown-ups area asks you to tap a number written in words, like "forty-seven". That's the parental gate.
Weekly email
Signed-in families get one summary email on Sunday evenings. To stop it, use the unsubscribe link in the email, or switch it off under Grown-ups → Account → Weekly email.
Delete your data
Go to Grown-ups → Account → Delete account and data. When you're signed in, this deletes your family's account and all its data from our servers, and wipes the app on that device. You can also email hello@atlaroo.app to ask us to delete it. The privacy policy has the details.
Expeditions won't download? Downloading needs a grown-up signed in under Grown-ups → Account and an active subscription or trial. Once downloaded, expeditions play offline.
